Question vBulletin 3.8.7 Debug Information (answered)

Hello,
At the bottom of my page, I have a box entitled "vBulletin 3.8.7 Debug Information" and it has things like page generation time, etc. I can get rid of it, and so that isn't a problem. I'd just like to know why it's there in the first place?
