Here you go! I didn't make this file, but I happened to have it saved.
The thin tip is a little wonky to my eye, but I'm sure it can be made to work. The on-screen prop appears to be printed on canvas or very thick paper.

Not sure if anyone has done the devil parchment, unfortunately.

I'm working on parchment and I don't think it's possible to do exactly the same. I will complete a similar one in a few days and share it here for everyone.
