Not that there is much to do...but I'm sure someone wants to tackle this. Such as the "admission cards" or passport.

I saw the passport prop on ebay

Saw that too...ironic that it comes from Argentina.

The glass eye...I just gotta think that hurts to pop in and out all the time. Although I used to work with a chap who had a glass eye. When we've have someone in custody, he pop that sucker out, put it on the table and tell the perp, "I'll be watching you," as he'd leave the room. Funny stuff.

If someone would get me some stills and dimensions, I would be grateful. I would love to make one of these.

Found something similar.

you know.... before i saw the movie, i was going to buy that ebay passport....
im glad i didnt... since you only saw the cover of it for 2 seconds int he movie...
i'd LOVE to have one of those briefcases! any chance you'll be making a few madrobot?

If I make the pattern, I will probably make more than one. The hardware I have. The thing is, they are time consuming as hell to hand stitch, as I do not have a machine, and personally don't care for the quality of stitches you get from a hand machine.

I have a pretty good idea what kind of leather is used in the bag, so that's not an issue. These wouldn't be some Cheapie Walmart bag. They'd be substantial, and durable. We're talking 1000 years durable.

I pretty well have the pattern mapped out. Gotta go catch the movie so I can see how the sides are stitched, and if there's any partitions.

Well, it's on.

Interested parties can pm me for access to my blog where you can see how things progress.

It looks like there's two different cases. I like the one with the less wrinkled surfaces, as I'm pretty sure that was the one they used for the bomb.

The hardware was easy to come by. The last picture, is the briefcase I intend to make, not the one that appears to be in his lap.

I have yet to sit through the movie. I need to do screen caps. I drew some sketches but need to do a real analysis on this.

I'll be creating a blog for it.
