Vader ROTJ stunt (MoM) build

To call my 3d skills rudimentary would be drastically overstating them, but for anyone who's interested, here's where I got on my shroud before things stalled out: 3D design Darth Vader MoM RotJ Shroud - public | Tinkercad

I really wanted the asymmetry and off-perpendicular screw angle from the original, but don't have the skill for the surface nuance. I printed it on a Photon, gave it a light sanding, and tapped the screw hole before painting.

Looks great Drew! I forgot it was asymmetrical, maybe that means the real one is hand made

Thanks!

It is an incredibly wonky piece -- not just asymmetrical from above, but the lower, curved bits are different lengths and angled very differently from the back plane with the thumb screw (which also isn't aligned to the Graflex -- the gap for the pulled shoulders is several degrees off from the back plane).

I think if it wasn't hand made it must have been highly (and roughly) modified by hand.
