Vader lenses, grill, tusks

Hi all,

My rubies helmet needs these three items, any have any suggestions? please help! Thanks

You could form your own lenses by picking up some tinted plexi at a hardware store like Menards; for the mouth grill you could use some expanded metal gutter guard like what's shown below, and for the tusks, just buy those off eBay or you can get creative and make them (try Hobby Lobby).

I've never done it, but I think I've read that people have used automotive air filters for the grill work:
