People may hate me for saying it, but GINO made the most accurate ESB/RotJ boxes. He no longer makes them though. You could try the eBay route and see what you come up with.

Yeah, I sent a message to Darkside some time ago and never heard back myself, oh well. I just decided to make my own, and I know I will be happier because of it. Darthvaderv has a nice base to start from, if you think you're up to the project you might want to inquire with him about one of his boxes. If I'm not mistaken you can even get one painted and with the coinslots cut out. Parts can be found with various people. The only pieces that I have yet to locate myself are the small billet switches that go between the rockers and red/blue buttons. I have a set but they aren't accurate.

For ANH/ESB IMO I make the most accurate chestbox base's, all 46 customers have been very happy.
I do Not make complete boxes though.
