Vader boots on E-bay

Hey just wanted to warn anyone looking for boots on E-bay, i was recently in the market for 12d riding boots and came accross a nice set, well needless to say if it wasn't for Paypal :thumbsup i would have been out 122.94 (with shipping) because after i won the Auction the seller started coming up with all type of reasons why he wouldn't ship out the boots that i paid for, he even asked me to make payment to a different user name, after i already paid him, Man was i p :angry ssed, the thing that got me was he has a lot of good feedback but as i read i found i wasnt' the only one he ripped off.......So after what seemed like an eternity Paypal whent after his account and refunded my money ........Nobody needs to be scammed and since i see he reposted the boots i am giving everyone warning, either stay away or buy at your own risk..............here is the link.......... http://cgi.ebay.com/English-Equestrian-Rid...1QQcmdZViewItem

uh, the seller in your link has a 99.3% feedback, with no negatives in over 6 months and only 2 negatives and 271 positives. I don't see your negative feedback for this failed transaction either...

Yes, if he screwed you over then you should leave him negative feedback.

I have to echo these two other sentiments. If you're so miffed, why didn't you leave negative feedback to warn other eBayers? It's cool that you posted the warning here, but it does very little good on eBay where this guy is selling his product. He's not selling it here on the RPF.

The reason i didn't leave negative feedback is because i do not want one in return that seems to be the norm on E-bay even though i paid he still would have given me one and believe me when you sell or buy you don't want bad feedback :thumbsdown ....So that's why i'm warning everyone here because a lot of us look for boots like these for our Vaders and other costumes and i too was surprised that he tried screwing me but as i searched through his feedbacks i noticed two other people that said they got shafted............I wasn't really trying to start a big debate, i just wanted to warn some fellow RPF Members because i didn't want anyone else to have to go through the troubles i did, what you do with the info is up to you.......

If it were me I'd take the hit on the feedback just to expose him. People who read your feedback will understand. But thats me.
