Vac formed proton pack

We're starting to put together one of my pack shells here in the shop. About one evening of work to go from nothing to paint prep:

I originally built these vacuum bucks years ago, not really knowing anything about the process. I made one pack back then, and the bucks just sat in box afterwards. Finally got around to rebuilding them, and I'm glad I waited so long to come back to the project. I know much more about the vac forming process, have upgraded my FrankenFormer 3 times since that first pack, and I have a dedicated shop.

Texturing and painting is all done! We use spray orange peel wall texture and 2 in 1 plastic paint in satin black:

So I finished up my first complete build of this shell, including a vac-formed/resin cast hybrid wand. I built the lights and sound kit out of available boards instead of a custom kit, and It ran me under $100 to put the electronics together. Let me know what you all think!
