USS ENTERPRISE 11 FOOT 3D PRINTED MODEL

I only discovered this thread today. I was trying to find info on a 66-inch Enterprise I saw occasionally on Facebook. I have finally decided to make my own model at this scale and I found a site (some time ago) that had the files to do a 5-footer. I sized those files up to 110%, for my 66-inch version and began printing the saucer. I have a Neptune 4 MAX printer and I've done some pretty neat things. But, I really just wanted to say--
Your 11-foot model is just plain JAW-DROPPING!!! I read through this entire thread today-- fascinating! The single question I have for you is simple: Are your 3D files available? There are problems with the ones I'm using now, so I just had to ask!

Congratulations!!!

Unbelievable. So this was printed in FDM? Or a combo of FDM and resin?
Thanks...all printed on a coupla Neptune 4 Max's and a Comgrow T500

Thanks again...the files were available but were removed by Etsy  send me a PM please

I finally found a moment to clear my bench of 'personal' models...Nostromo/Refinery/Narcissus/Thunderbird 2, and now I can get on to the Big E again...stay tuned

Why would etsy remove the files? Copyright/trademark are clearly not something that site worries about. Roughly 80% if the items I see on that place are works based on someone else's IP.

You suggested I use the PM function to get the info I need, but I don't see anything that indicated "PM". I used the "conversation" function, in case that was what you were talking about.

Wish I knew but they did.

So the next big issue to tackle is the colour of the hull...the 'official' colour as stated by the Smithsonian restoration team is 'Benjamin Moore, Heather Grey', so I tried a test piece and it is very greeny grey and not how I remember it from my childhood in front of the tele. I read that the original creators knew that they were shooting TOS on Kodakchrome film which was known to have a blue-ish tint, so adjusted the paint accordingly. So if you paint your ship that colour and don't have that blue-ing filter on it. it will look too green and just plain wrong.
