Urgent help: Belle 2017 costume

Hi guys and girls I need serious help. Me and my girlfriend are cosplaying beauty and the beast from the new movie. I have my beast costume ready but she needs an accurate belle dress. She has all the bits and bobs ready to accompany it but the ones we've seen so far look cheap and tacky. I'm looking for the ball gown one (yellow/gold) anyone know anywhere that sells a good one or can anyone make one? We need it by 26th July for Manchester con UK. Any help please? Our budget is anything up to £200 or like $260. Thanks.

I just made a small one not too long ago but that was terribly hard to complete. There are plenty of talented seamster/seamstresses on here so good luck to you and your search.

I would go with Angel-Secret maybe? They're the best in terms of Princess dresses not by a freelance seamstress. Although a little over your budget;
