Done / Completed Urethane Rubber Wolverine Cowl

Hey guys! I just got through making a Wolverine costume for my brother and I thought I'd make good use of the mold. I believe I have enough material leftover for 5 cowls. If this should move from an Interest Thread to a Limited Run thread, you are not obligated to actually buy a cowl, however, your name will be added to the top priorities list. This cowl isn't off the shelf and will take a few days to produce.

The cowl is made from Smooth-On's Vyta-Flex 40 Urethane Rubber and the "ears" are filled with Smooth-On's Foam-FlexIT 25 which is a dense foam-rubber. It should fit heads up to 24 inches, possibly larger since the material slightly stretches. I made the chin "strap" longer to accommodate larger heads. If your head is smaller than the strap's default, you can easily cut the strap down the center, trim off the excess, and glue it together with products like Freesole glue.

The cowl will be cleaned up but left unpainted. The base color of the cowl will be Black. However, I also have Smooth-On's Green, Red, and Yellow tints if for some reason you would want a different base color.

The current price for the cowl will be $150 + Shipping.

The run never happened. If you want one, send me a message.

More pictures! The yellow paint is pealing and wrinkling. The last picture shows that the cowl has a leather like texture all over the cowl, including the yellow sections. (The glossy paint is covering it up.)
