I've seen the technique where multiple colors of Urethane rubber are dyed and cast into the mold. I want to try this for myself but I am having trouble envisioning how to get a clean separation line between the colors given how unruly urethane rubber can be before curing.
I would imagine you do one color first, let it mostly cure without letting it run past the spot you wish that color to stop. Then cast the 2nd color allowing it to overlap slightly.
Anyone have any insights to how to pull this off I'd love to hear them.
