Question Upgrade today?

Everything was fine this morning. Then the site went down for a little while. Now my drop down quick menus are messed up. Example: When I hover over Community the drop down menu shows up under Home. So I can't actually move my cursor down to the OT section. Same thing for Classifieds. Granted I'm using IE 9 (I'm at work so don't judge, I cannot upgrade or get a different browser.)
 
I just tried the site using IE 8 and the menus are working as they should. Try clearly your cache and cookies, then restart your browser and try it again.
