Reminds me off Eddie from Iron Maiden for some reason. I think its the eye! Looks awesome and its only a small portion of the piece. Detail is awesome.

Ok So Here Is A Bit More Of My Concept, As You Can Se,, If You Look Carfully You Can Se A Scar Running Down The Eye, Also Under The Mandables And On The Jaw. Insted Of Having A Normal Layer Of Skin Were The Base Of The Teeth Start, I Have Desinged, A Sort Of Rotting Effect, And There Is A Face Hugger On The Bottom Tooth..But You Can Just Make Out That It Is There...More To Come Soon, Enjoy..
