I am pleased by the pics of the Obi-Wan TPM EE lightsaber. It has accurate pommel cubes like no fan-made replica I have seen. The purple jewel in the valve looks green in the pics. The license will only cover movie props, but no items have been officially announced. Although, if you saw the MR presentation, you may have seen an image of a Marvel item...

Well, I think it´ll be more, about 200 bucks, Idol about 300-400 and the grail diary about 500. But that´s only a guess.

Will there be anymore signature Lightsabers?? I sure would like a ROTS Anakin and Kenobi signature sabers. Duel of fates "Signature" set would be saweet. :thumbsup

There are plans to do Signature Editions again, and the Phil Tippet ATAT SE is going to serve as the jumping off point for the come back of the SE props. No word who's sigs we'll get though.

Any word on a Luke Skywalker ANH Limited Edition lightsaber? Hopefully put together better than the EE's have been so far?

With all the complaints about missing parts and grips coming off on people's props, I guess there's some room for concern.

I've had no problems with my MR sabers, but they're the older models excepting the two ROTS sabers (Anakin and Obi-Wan) I got earlier this year...

I don't think they're going to make the staff.
(What did Indy says? : The staff is just a stick...I don't know...about this big)

they're just going to make the head piece with the amber crystal set in the middle.

I doubt we'll ever see Signature Editions of the ROTS Anakin and Obi-Wan sabers.

Ewan McGregor never did signing for any of the Prequel stuff as far as I know and the general word is that he's not keen to do it any time soon. The impression I get is that he wants to get Star Wars behind him and move on in life.

As far as Hayden Christensen is concerned, it's still relatively easy to get the Episode II Signature Version of the Anakin saber and it's the cheapest of the Signature Sabers by far to obtain generally speaking. That should give you a clue as to how many people actually want his signature. (I still went ahead and got one, public opinion be damned.) At this point in time, considering all the bashing he's gotten from fans and film critics alike, I think Christensen might probably be wanting to move on as well, too, and forget the Star Wars business.

I think we're more likely to see future Signature Editions from Original Trilogy actors than the main cast members from the Prequels... I'd bet we'd see another Luke Skywalker lightsaber signed by Mark Hamill before seeing signed props by McGregor or Christensen. I kind of wonder if anybody's asked McDiamard. That's a possibility. Samuel L. Jackson already has done a Signature Edition of the Episode II/III Windu saber.
