Universal remote

I'm looking at a used home theater receiver on ebay, but it doesn't come with a remote. Is there a universal remote that I could buy to use with it? It's pretty much the only reason I want it, because I'd be able to control the volume on my speakers with out having to physically get up to do it manually. If it helps, it's a Pioneer VSX-517.

If you have Directv with a DVR, the remote can be programmed for just about any name brand Audio system.
