Hi I was hoping someone could help me with identifying this robocop pistol replica i just bought in italy. Spent several hours unsuccessfully searching for an equal replica anywhere.
Could this be a rare item i came across or is it just a cheap knockoff?
First, the box doesn't have the brand robocop on it but "cyborg police officer's semi automatic air gun" maker is "Wippette International Taiwan" .
The box shows a rather small picture of the gun laying on blue velvet.
Protective glasses were included, some bb bullets, no instructions.
Size and details appear to be mostly correct.
The grip has an ocp logo on it which i have never seen on any other replica.
I didn't have time to test its fuction here in my hotel room but it seems that the slider on top is non-moveable.
The gun seems to be entirely gas powered
with a small gas valve on the bottom of the grip.
It has no other moveable parts except for the small auto/single switch. (I don't know yet if it does anything when used)
It's certainly not the cheap toy version with all plastic parts since the inner barrel appears to be metal and the bottom of the square shaped outer barrel is smooth which is accurate.
Shopowner said the gun lay in his shop for about 7 or more years!
I will try to add some pictures when i get home!
Thanks for any information on this gun!
