Underworld hybrid Werewolf sculpture (Rough) Pic Update

So, I recently started something new. It's starting to shape up so I thought I would share my progress.This is the second time I have attempted to sculpt this character. I'm leaning between the werewolves, and Scott Speedman's character from underworld. It is still rough; further along in some areas, but its coming along decently. Critiques welcome!

So this going to be like michael not the full blown Wolf?

I am eventually going to do a full size life scale Underworld Werewolf. I loved the design of the hybrid character particularly because of how wolf like he looked with just a simple appliance. Still working on it:
