Undermask

Recently i've been trying to buy an undermask and not ahd so much success, i was just wondering if it is easy enough to make my own?

1)How much would it cost? (Roughly)
2)What materials do i need?
3)What Equipment do i need?

If this goes well who knows i may recast my own stuff and begin to sell to you guys! (That would be sweet)

Materials you would need Ultra cal 30 (http://www.monstermakers.com/category/gypsums.html/) to make the mold. Latex (http://www.monstermakers.com/product/RD407-Mask-Latex-for-Halloween-Masks-and-Props.html) for the mask and of course Clay to sculpt it out of. Also your best bet to get a sculpting armature to sculpt on. Hope this helps.
