Captain Garrovick was very important to you, wasn't he, Jim?

...and here we have another buildup of the ever-faithful, 1/1000 Polar Lights Enterprise kit. Only a few more to go, and I'll finally have that set of 12 (plus a few extras).

Decided to go a little different, with this one. It's a total hybrid of all three versions (first pilot, second pilot, production), with optional parts and decals mixed and matched to reflect this, and PNT decals used for the name and registry numbers. In terms of backstory, I'd imagine the Farragut as an older ship that maybe didn't get the full refit treatment that some of the other Constitutions did, and so retained the first pilot engines and sensor/deflector dish, but got some upgrades to the hangar, impulse engines, and saucer.
