Add another vote for the Leia blaster. The upside is that once you replicate the main body, you can make kits for both the A New Hope and Return of the Jedi versions.

I also would really like a DH-17 (rebel trooper) blaster done in the A New Hope variant. From what I pull from info here, for some reason the mold used to cast those blasters shrunk an therefore when you see them in the movie, the bodies look smaller than a sterling and they look more like large pistols rather than small rifles. There are actual pulls from real prop floating around but either from age, generation casting, or that the original mold was never that sharp, it does not look very nice. The size seems to come out larger than the Hasbro toy and smaller than the Sterling. They also have that unique round trigger guard.

I'm actually completing my build this week, but for the sake of a future project, it is a good idea. This blaster is going to get a lot more new interest once Rebels starts airing. It will be the sidearm that Kanan Jarrus utilizes.

I have no idea, it's sort of become my niche... But I'm working on a Hellboy Tooth Fairy and I'm doing a Star Lord Helmet too.

The reason I ask is that I have been thinking about the history of the board and items that seem to gain a lot of interest but the projects do not seem to happen. One item or items that comes to mind is the "Batteries Not Included" robots.

For a movie that was not a block buster and came out in 1987, it is an item that still gets a lot of attention when they are brought up. I've never even seen the movie but those guys are cute. I could easily see it as a project that i would be interested in.
