What about the E11 Stormtrooper Blaster - Not the entire thing / I can do the Tube and drill the wholes etc. but it would be nice to get
the grip with trigger / counter ./ amo box / the scope etc. a Kit or ?? that we can then use to create our own E11 - Just a thought

How big can the guns be before they become too troublesome to print?

Hard to say, the Halo gun I'm doing is getting close to being too big and using too much plastic / printing time, if that helps. Trigun was 14 inches +, that was pretty big too

What about the Denix Mauser? It's cheap, steel and readily available. That's my concern about doing Han's blaster, market seems flooded...

That's true. The Denix is a bit inaccurate in its details and proportions (also it's zamak, not steel) but I suppose there are a lot of blasters out there that don't even have a half decent base to use.

The denix is quite heavy to carry. It is also innacurate. Airsoft replicas are also very innacurate. I think it will be very popular with costumers that want something lightweight but more durable than resin.
