Using the above instructions i have started making my dreads.
This does add more weight to the dreads but, it gives them a more real world feeling, aka they don't fly around like paper.
I always had a problem with the foam soaking up the spray paint and not getting the dense black colour.
One coat is enough, just have to do the final colour coat, add the dread rings and presto!
