Turn Around Time for Wested jackets?

It's been several years, but I remember being quoted a five week wait for a custom jacket and it arrived at my door in about four and a half weeks. I'd ask them directly if you are curious, because they know better than anyone else how busy they are.
I've also heard their off-the-rack stuff gets shipped out pretty quickly, so it depends on what you're looking for.
The actual shipping/transit time from the UK to the US was pretty short, I think about three days, but out to California would probably add an extra couple days.

I ordered mine back in June of last year and had it within three and a half to four weeks. Mine is horsehide and not as accurate as others have had them made but I’m on the larger side so it didn’t matter.

Does one just have to ask for it to be screen accurate and they'll know? What I mean is what do we have to tell them in order to insure the jacket is Raiders accurate?
You'll actually have to give them the specs you want in order to get the accuracy you want. I suggest you go to the INDYGEAR site and search COW for the info you need.

I second this recommendation. The Club Obi Wan forums (http://www.indygear.com/cow/) are an invaluable source for both product information and personal experiences in dealing with the various vendors that provide Indiana Jones gear.
I ordered a custom Raiders jacket in June of 2008 and it arrived exactly two weeks from the day I ordered it. However, one member on COW has been waiting seven months for his jacket; I think this is the exception rather than the rule, as most people seem to receive their jackets within one to two months. It appears to be dependent upon how specific your requirements are and how many orders Wested is dealing with at the time you place your order.
