Just a thought, if there is yellowing, cracks/holes in trooper armor that need repairs, is it a simple case of epoxy for holes, sanding and priming then repainting. has any one done this, what was the results, Thanks
Mark

i have done that..not due to yellowing but i have repainted my whole suit...if you use the new krylon thats made for plastic it works really well and it is made to bond to the plastic and flex without cracking or chipping...a quick sand with steel wool is all i did prior to painting. i have also used PC-7 epoxy to fill holes in other abs plastic and it works real well and sands well. the parts that i have used that for (my supreme vader helmet for instance) has come out fantastic and seamless, i suppose it depends on the size of the hole too..a hole too big may crack
