Tron Legacy RINZLER helmet!!!

Here I am with more updates, I finally decided I like the visor, will consist of all the part in red, where I'm leaving a step to be able to get a master for the visor.
Meanwhile I am outlining the lines to the back

I am finally with the updates.
I'm defining the lines of the points on which lay his visor, and to do a good job I used pieces of forex, as templates, on both sides of the helmet, both in the back, neck precisely.
Now I have to work on straight lines, more updates soon.

I finally found some pictures where you can easily see the helmet, especially the back, which is what gave me more to think about!
I brought out the dehumidification on the back, and now I'm on the right track, there is still some work to do, but I think for the end of April, I can do the first resin copies.

Are you planning to do clear resin with black tinting or do you plan to split the helmet in half vacuforming each half and giving them a dye bath to make the plastic black?

I'll do what I did to the helmet Guy Manuel DAFT PUNK, the step that you see, is for the visor, I'll do with my vacuum forming machine, PETG, which then will paint the inside with spray paint for car headlights

Looking great! So, are you planning on doing the base helmet in resin or fiberglass?

I brightened it up in ps and noticed some dimples.

Also, there is a triangle shape at the top sides of the visor. Hope this helps!

If I were to make a guess they were probably vent holes to get some air circulation in the helmet as it looks fairly well hermetically sealed to the suits collar. They are also probably mirrored on the opposite side. Then again they could just be a reflection of some other texture.

I also notice the back triangle with the light looks like a flat silicone type rubber insert.

Just my 2 cents

Regardless, I think it should be added mainly for cool factor! :lol This is such a tricky helmet because of its dark color. I'm positive artfunk will get it right though.

Looking smooth. Very nice work, I'm really enjoying watching this one as it progresses.

believe, indeed I am sure that those who look like holes / dimples are just reflections, I was already a problem at the beginning because of the reflections, as the shiny black helmet, it seemed that the end parts that go down to the tip , were concave, but it was just a reflex.
Anyway thanks for the suggestions, always welcome, given the complexity of the project and the difficulty in obtaining images.
See you soon with updates
