@jon_meadowbrook, In normal lighting conditions it's not super noticeable. I have a lot more pictures in my build thread. Go to the last page then scroll up a few posts. EL Tape is notoriously dim in daylight or even full convention center lighting. I had to stalk dark places or go to after parties for people to do double takes.

Looks great!! I am STILL building my Quorra costume with the goal to have it done by Halloween this year. I have EL tape I am incorporating also.

Would be great to see more Uprising love... Years ago I repurposed a Quorra helmet to make Beck's helmet. If you study his helmet shape in the show, it's very similar to Quorra's, but with lights and details in different spots. If Uprising had gotten more seasons, and if it had gotten more popular, I was seriously considering making a sculpt that was more accurate.

I should totally have mentioned that I got my disk MOD kit from Soulinertia ! It worked great and was SO easy!

Where did you get your el tape? I'm currently trying to research to make a Clu and I's love to know the method you wen't for yours. Since i know custom panelling is key to getting a smooth finish for this type of cosplay.
