maybe it didn't come in time and he did what he could. perhaps couldn't find it. Maybe this is an old video from before the revenge of the fallen toys were released and was just recently uploaded.

That helmet has been around since the first movie. Nothing really changed besides paint on the revenge of the fallen version.
Regardless of the helmet (which he can always correct later) the transformation was great.
