TR-560 VII Tricorder ID

Anyone recognize this tricorder build? White resin casting, 9 volt battery, library A B switches work the lights & sound. Came with this hand scanner too. Thank you!

Turns out this tricorder and scanner are by Chad Roadhouse. Didn't know he ventured outside of TOS. A colleague identified them from 2 unbuilt kits he got from Chad. One day all questions will be answered...
