So as I posted that I am pursuing Animal Loving Ken, my wife will be Great Shape Barbie and my four year old son has been expressing interest in Slinky Dog. So since my last Ken thread went down in flames of gaiety war I thought I'd combine the three costumes into one thread.
Ken and Barbie are easy. It is Slinky Dog that will be tough. I am trying to get ideas of making his front and hind ends so that in the need for an emergency "potty" egress the 4 year old will be easy to get out of costume!! :confused
I was thinking of plexiglass that is painted brown but that seems too rigid. Anyone got any ideas of making something that is crushable but can bounce back to shape with a little assistance? Perhaps latex or other type of rubber?
I just thought of art foam!!! That would suffice. Ideas?
