Looking at one on eBay right now your simple fixes I'm going to but him but will also do lights, could you tell me how you addressed the claws you did a great job on those compared to the ones out of the box?

Very, very nice! I have that Masudaya Robby and have never built it as the clear dome really does not fit the opening in the vinyl piece. It is off by nearly a quarter of an inch in some places. Somehow, I love the old tiny record player voice box, though!

Actually I also replaced the lower torso windows with clear resin casts of the solid ones he came with.

Way more accurate than the old Masudaya OOTB, but it will need some accurizing as well...:facepalm
