Very cool! I built one earlier this year. Still haven't figured a good way to attach the "screen" area and still make it accessible. Those indicator lenses are kinda tough to find, too. But yours looks great!

made out of mdf yea plan on lighting it once i get the electronics

Hello,
I had an idea and you might be able to check for me!
I am planning to build one of these (and one of those and one of those and so on and so on...)
I know what the overall size is and I know that finding electronic gizmo's from the stone age, hard to believe 40 years and every things changed, is just about impossible!
So I thought what could be used in place of the lights on this prop?


I also build the spaceships and I bought several Polar Lights TOS Enterprise models and have done some kit bashing and there are extra of almost everything anyway!
If you have a PL model can you compare the Nacelle Bussard Collector (that's the front engine dome to everyone else) to the lights on the Log Book?
I figure if there close to the same size they might make a great stand-in!
