Torchwood: Jack's earpiece

Does anyone have any high res pics of Jack Harkness's earpiece from Torchwood?

As shown in this picture here:

I'd like any zoomed in screen grabs that anyone might have?

I think I could make it out of some plastic tubing and an earpiece from a set of headphones.

I could maybe even make it a functional earphone.

I think it also lights up, just an LED in the end of the microphone bit, can anyone prove this? I guess I could tear apart one of the toy sonic screwdrivers for the circuit for that.
