Here's another one, I forgot to include earlier: A 'Torchwood certificate of Apprecation'....
Right after the 'Battle for Canary Wharf', it was decided to try and build up morale amongst the staff of Torchwood; to this end, these Certificates were printed up to be distributed.
Unfortunately, not only did Harriet Jones (Flydale North) lose her position as Prime Minister, but Torchwood was relegated to a skeleton crew; but, seeing as how her signature was already on them, newly recruited Captain Jack Harkness decided, "Waste Not, Want Not", and added his own to them.
