So I just finished assembling my kit and I love it! It's very cool...and very heavy. I can't see using such a firearm in real life TBH!
Couple things I could use help with.
1. What's the best way to "blue' or colorize aluminium? I kept everything as I got it in the kit but really wanted to have blued barrel and all. I just didn't know how to do it.
2. Anyone know how to run wires and battery power to the two green LED sights? I can see where it's been made possible but I just didn't take the time to do it.
3. Things seems a bit...loose. Especially the cylinder when it has the dummy cartridges inside. How can I "tighten" that up? Don't like the rattle and looseness.
This is a great kit with quality components. Just make sure you follow the very challenging directions and double-check the parts you use. I've waited a very long time to get one of these and couldn't be happier. Next up will probably be a blaster from Richard Coyle! (I'm keeping up with Adam Savage on this stuff!)

Thoughts, comments, suggestions, are all very much welcome as this is my first completed RPF build! Thanks guys!
