Tom Baker Doctor Scarf

I heard that there was some kind of officially licensed "pattern" for Tom Baker's scarf from the BBC or something. It tells how many rows of each color are needed. Does anybody have this?

The 'official' BBC pattern was, if I recall, inaccurate.

The Who scarf looks daunting, but its only one simple stitch. Knit stitch all the way through
