TMNT Help!!!

So I used to have an action figure in the 1990-1993 era from TMNT. It was my favorite toy and I frigging left it at a SAM's club in NJ and never got it back. I am currently looking for it now to buy it. I can't for the life of me remember what her name was. I can only describe what she looked like. She had orange hair that kind of curled straight up. She wore the color green and came with a cool purse that opened up into a computer.. If I am not mistaken she was from another planet? Anyone have any idea what her name is so I can look it up to buy another one?

it's not april. She does look human. she is wearing a green outfit. her hair shape reminds me of a tear drop.
