Time Tunnel Character Question

I love doing obscure, almost forgotten characters for costuming at conventions.

I'm currently considering doing Lt. Gen. Heywood Kirk from Time Tunnel. I have the uniform, the Operation Tic Toc shoulder patch and can get the three stars for the epaulets. Can anyone tell me what the ribbons are on his uniform? I don't have any references other than what photos I can find on the internet, but most of them have cropped off the ribbons at some point or the resolution is too poor to make out what they are.

Ach! Nevermind. I've just found an episode on Hulu and had a good look at the ribbons worn. Clearly, the wardrobe department just grabbed a bunch of ribbons they thought would look good and didn't think anyone would know the difference. I determined one of the ribbons was for the Women's Auxiliary Corps Service. Others weren't issued by the Army, and they aren't worn in proper precedence.

At least they used some thought in outfitting uniforms back in the 60's. Some of the current SyFy channel drek where military uniforms are used make me cringe. Enlisted men insigna on officer's uniforms for instance. How hard is it to pull a book from the library on WW-2 uniforms.

I have an autographed photo of Whit Bissel as Tic-Toc's General Kirk in my collection plus some authentic Tic Toc helmet symbols.

That's cool! I grew up watching Time Tunnel as well. I've always wanted to put together a Security/Soldier uniform from Time Tunnel, including the helmet liner. Anyone know what the uniform was? It doesn't look like a standard US military green.
