The first Loanstar Tie Fighter Pilot flight suit V. 1 is born.

It took me more than 6 Month of work to make this flight suit as accurate as it now is. See the begining thread http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=24421

Looks good, but I am wondering about the size of the comm pad pocket (right size? does it have velcro?), and if the fabric is light enough.

Having made a suit myself from scratch that commpad looks perfect.

Also a 7 ounce material is just about right, not overly thick, the stuff I used was appropriately called Galaxy Twill, a poly/cotton mix, and that is about the same weight if I recall.

Yes John, you are right.
The 7 ounce fabric is the right fabric. I tested 3 dif. fabrics and this one is the perfect one.
