Threads not bumping to the top with new posts

The RPF was down for a few minutes before I got to post this so I assume it's a glitch.

We had a scheduled maintenance at midnight [EST] - was just a reboot to apply the kernel to fix some issues we had before. This shouldn't have a connection to threads not bumping to the top -- are you still experiencing this and has anyone else seen it?
