Thor Hammer Display

Thought I would post up what I have so far. The Hammer is just the Halloween costume one. I am pep'n one to use. (just about done with it)

I still need to make a stand for the plaque. Also, do you guys think I should use wood or metal for when I make the handle???

You can not tell from the junk pic I have. But the mud hill has some texture to it. I used 4 types of spray paints. 2 were rustoleum textured paint, 1 was Stone textured and then a flat black. I plan on using some art paint to shadow some areas up.

Not too bad for a first try, but I will let you guys ( the pro's) let me know how it looks.

I think painting some areas for shadow effects as you said will really bring it to life much more. Great looking display though!

Very nice display. While I like the one the official replica comes with, I like the rock display bases much better.

Made from expanding foam, did one myself a few weeks ago...

Looks pretty good, but like the others have said add some shading to the mud and it'll look bad ass
