Looks like it could be a modified costume accesory version.
The handle looks pretty cool though I haven't seen enough images of the new hammer to tell if it is completely accurate to the movie.
I'm not a fan of having the trinity symbol engraved on the side as this was a CG effect and was only seen temporarily on the prop in the movie.
It's the same principal as the One Ring. A true prop collector would want the ring without the elvish ensrcription as it was only a temporary CG effect.
