This is the crap we get for having the watchmen released.

I'm sorry, but the movie costumes look kinda silly, Thats being said, the halloween costumes looks pretty good :thumbsup

But seriously is there anything of use on those costumes. Sometimes buying a the commercial costume there may be a piece that might just actually help in getting a costume together but I just dont see it in them.

these aren't made to hold up being displayed or crime fighting.. these are simple latex pieces that are to give you some entertainment for halloween... Give it time.. The creativity on this board never ceases to amaze me... In time you will get what you want

$60.00 manufacturer suggested retail price but probably $5.00 to make overseas in some sweatshop!!!! That is an excellent profit margin for cheap stuff!:lol

I don´t think that they are that bad at all for halloween/carnival costumes. They capture the overall likenesses, and at that price point you can´t expect anything better. So why the griping ?

I am not too fond of the movie costume designs anyway.

I'll agree that for the price, it's not that bad. The Nite Owl cowl is a pretty good starting point.

However The Comedian does look like he walked into a stationary cupboard. At least they chose approprite models.

the silk spectre doesn't look bad. I mean these fill a certain niche. they are meant to be haloween costumes not 100% movie accurate reproductions.

Also when the cheap version of costumes start selling it tends to cheapen the expensive stuff that people market at higher prices and with more screen accuracy.

Happening right now with Joker, Sparrow, Indiana Jones, etc.
