The bill of materials is here. You can find alternatives to McMaster at eBay and Amazon, just match the part specs.
The glass domes have more than doubled in price since I did the group buy.
I have uploaded an SVG version of the design file to here. In the file the red is cut, blue is etch, and green is the reference for the material. The material is 3mm or 1/8" plywood. The file is setup for a 12x24" sheet. I would seek out a local laser etching shop that can do wood before I would use the larger online shops such as Ponoko or Sculpteo.
