So your out of the TV room and someone turns on a movie with that un-mistakable Theme tune that youn instantly recognise......

Which movie has that theme Tune that you instantly know what the movie is without even looking at the screen

im gonna go old school and pick the Magnificent 7, as soon as that powerful opening tune kicks in you know your in for a cracking movie and lets be fair it is

it be cool that if by the end of this thread we could compile a top ten of the greatest Opening Movie themes,

we will get the most popular listed here and then vote for the RPF top ten Movie tunes

I know there's more.....

My wife was flipping through the channels once and all I heard from the other room was a sound of a half second "UUUUIIIIIIGH!" and I yelled, "Hey is that Karate Kid part II?" And she said, "Yeah! How the heck could you tell that from one blurted sound?????" hahah! Seen some of them too many times when I was younger.
