The Wolfman WIP

I'm bouncing back and forth between my POTA Gorilla sculpt and my attempt at Rick Baker's Wolfman. Both will be finished as a display piece in Latex and foam, hand punch NFT/Kanekalon, acrylic eyes and fangs. (The fangs in the sculpt are temporary).

I sculpted the upper and lower fangs and used denture teeth in between. I did a practice cast with cheap resin to test my mold and they came out clean. Should look great in Dental Acrylic.

Here is my WIP Wolfman:

What I thought was going to be a disaster, thankfully came out ok. I put a little dental stone in with the Ultracal for the face coat and it just wouldn't stick. Most of it flowed down to the base and just when it was getting thick enough to work with, it set up. Nerve-racking.

Looks great!

"I could tinker on it forever but knowing when to stop is half the battle".

And this is why I haven't posted my Grogu sculpt yet...

WOW... you really moved forward since last I checked the thread. AWESOME. How did you get that naturalistic gum color on the teeth casting?

Gonna be insane when you add all the fur! :)

It's dental wax. Unfortunately its not that permanent. I plan on using gum acrylic on the finished teeth.
