Hi. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to attatch a peice of leather to the shoulder of a vest in order to make it look more accurate.

It may be late into the conversation, but here's my Governor cosplay, I went for a very different style of Governor and was able to find a very 'economically efficient' leather jacket and was able to find a great eye-patch, which was show accurate. Yada yada yada... I could go on for ages but anyways, in typical Governor style, I had to kill everyone in sight.
