I mean Nicks paisley is pretty dead on already. Just doing this for fun really.

Nick's doesn't look like actual paisley to me. It's paisley, sure, but it doesn't look like it would be on an actual decorative fabric.

Well this is the paisley from the scan I did of the fabric. The “eye” of the paisley is kind of of centre which I didn’t love. So for personal preference I fixed that in my version.

deeply into my research i found this inside a vintage leather jacket its the closest i found to martys jacket lining still a cool find from me

Yeah I was going to unpick the chest pocket and use that.

Yes, only just got round to it though.
I’ve crudely placed it over my 2021 HG to see how it sizes up and provide a comparison.
Also shown what it looks like before and after tea staining.

I’d imagine what happened is they bought the jacket(off the rack) saw that the cuffs would’ve been a flat bright white which would have unnecessarily drawn the eye/ distracted audiences on screen and would have been a no no.

then to “jazz it up” got a new paisley patterned shirt or other garment and aged it with a tea method so it didn’t look like a brand-new jacket.

This of course is just a theory.

4 of various levels of accuracy,

1 XX small Class 5 for color matching
1 early Headgoonie
1 far to orange and shiny one
1 half finished project vest that as it stands is the correct color but has the wrong pockets, collar and wrong number of sections on the back.
