I have noticed that there isn't much on this site about the real-life items that were used in The Office and after noticing that I have one of the two VCRs from the conference room throughout the show I thought I might make a thread for people who have their own stuff and identifying them.

I’m looking for this golf cart on Michael’s desk if you have any idea. Wheels look like Matchbox

Also looking to identify the ceramic ball and stand also on his desk.

I've managed to figure out what the TV above the VCR is after watching the episode again and sticking my face to my TV. It is a JVC I'art 27" TV.

The trolley/streetcar is very small next to the mug, maybe HO scale? I spent some time looking and finally found examples that were very close with the search terms AHM or RSO. In particular, the way the overhead trolley poles look and that short vertical post in front of them. Also, the way the windows look and the small round light on the front. However, I couldn't find one painted the same way, which could be because it was repainted by the production. But your images show some kind of horizontal curving detail on the side skirt and this was the biggest hallmark that I couldn't match to anything so far. It might not be a physical detail, but rather paint or a decal, so if you find any better images of this, it might help.
