Ninja,
Tell Justin to pick up screw driver tip that has a U cut in it. This will hold the nutserts while he tightens the visor cover. Most hardware stores have these in the hardware isles. Or you can just epoxy or glue them so they do not turn.
He should just tint the clear visor yellow and skip using the other one. New visors are available if the one you have is beyond use.
An interior styrofoam liner can be purchased off ebay or from "Government Sales" private web site, not US gvmt. If you did not save the one that came w/the helmet.
Love it all so far!

Thanks for the tips I have tagged Dustin newmagrathea

Vintage Tea/Coffee Cup - ESB Han Solo (behind the scenes)

Hunting has been slow-ish over the past months and I have been slack with my postings, a nice surprise was this Christmas gift from my good buddy Colin db94 & his family, this Tea/Coffee Cup is a very cool display piece, it's the same style cup used by Harrison Ford in this scene from ESB, thanks buddy.

Vintage NOS 5x Boxes of Staedtler 415 Liquid Roller Needle Point Pens - 12 Packs

I recently picked up 5x Boxes of vintage NOS Staedtler 415 Liquid Roller Needle Point Pens - 12 Packs, the Pen Caps were used to make the Jedi Food capsules seen in the Prequels, previously I had picked up a few loose Pens but these should make a nice addition to my collection.

Vintage NOS M3 Periscope 1942 Serial #1717 with M32 Telescope

I recently picked up this awesome vintage NOS M3 Periscope 1942 Serial #1717 with M32 Telescope, still in the original packaging, there are a few cracks in the housing no doubt from storage over the years but this Periscope is in amazing condition and best of all I finally have a M32 Telescope to add to my collection, this will make an awesome display piece.

Vintage NOS Volvo Instrument Panel 343

I recently found with the help of my good buddy Colin db94 a very cool bulk lot of vintage NOS Volvo Instrument Panel 343 used on the original Han in Carbonite Prop, the bulk lot included Panels with the Volvo Insert & Clock, these make an awesome display piece, a few are already spoken for but I can offer a few of these if there is interest.

Vintage Hand Signed Fan Cards for Dave Prowse, Anthony Daniels and Peter Mayhew.

I recently got lucky & was able to pickup another set of vintage Hand Signed Fan Cards for Dave Prowse, Anthony Daniels and Peter Mayhew, I need to send these to Beckett to be certified & encapsulated, when I get them back they will make a sweet addition to my collection.

We had a surplus outlet called Edmund Scientifics here in New Jersey. They must have, easily, had 300 of these stacked on the side of the warehouse. I must have opened and gone through at least 50 boxes before giving up trying to find one with a scope inside.

Now that would have been an awesome score, even if only a few still had the telescopes inside.
